​Rhonda Ford, LCSW currently serves as the secretary/treasurer of the Bates Foundation. As a social worker, she has spent her professional life working with and for disenfranchised people in our society. From serving as executive director of homeless programs to her current role serving people with serious mental illness and substance use issues, she embraces a life of service. Outside work she has served on both domestic and international UMW missions teams to follow Jesus’ instruction in the Great Commission to “go therefore and make disciples of all nations”. She is the mother of two adult daughters and grandmother of five which occupy the remainder of her time.
